I hold a master's degree in biotechnology from SKASC Coimbatore. I joined Prof. Vemula's lab in 2023 with a motivation to explore more about chemical biology and to apply it to develop novel therapeutics. In the lab, I work on understanding the molecular mechanism of how the small molecule urolithin and its derivatives function in enhancing the barrier integrity in organs such as the gut, skin and lungs. 

Outside the lab, I am a passionate bharatanatyam dancer.
